The final four has arrived but it has absolutely zero to do with basketball. The final four games of the Houston Texans season is upon us and the team’s playoff scenario is just as wild as any other squad’s.  The Texans are currently leading the AFC South, with games remaining against the Indianapolis Colts — which is this Sunday — and the Jacksonville Jaguars, which will be the regular season finale. At this time of year, most teams are scrambling to make the postseason or improve their position within it by getting some form of homefield advantage, whether through the Wild Card or a first round bye. Houston is in that particular spot right now. They are leading the division with 2 games over the Tennessee Titans but also sitting 1 game behind the New England Patriots for the 2 seed in the AFC playoffs. Sure, the team has won 9 straight, but any wins they get in the next 4 games, will count just as much toward their immediate playoff future. That is why this Sunday’s game against Indy is very important. A win could inch them closer to securing this division and homefield at least in the 1st round; but  loss will likely count towards their elimination altogether.
