Tis the season to hate on every team that is doing better than you this year. Right now the Houston Texans are wallowing this sentiment, before defensive end Jadeveon Clowney uttered his “trash” comments. However, we might be having these resentful feelings a little more tougher than usual. Earlier this season it felt like we would be in December fighting for a playoff spot against the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers then punching our postseason ticket by demolishing the failed Indianapolis Colts. Instead, we were trounced by injuries to every important position on the squad, including quarterback, a spot held by a rookie that was heralded as our franchise’s savior. Even though, we lost out on this year’s potential, it might be a set up for next year and beyond.
