In what may be the most surprising move of 2016, the Houston Texans have benched quarterback Brock Osweiler in place of backup Tom Savage. Quarterbacks get benched everyday B! But not when your QB was given a 4 year $72 million contract in the offseason and expected to end the QB troubles your franchise have been plagued with for much of their existence. However, in one 3 quarter exhibition, Savage seems to have ignited a fan base that was sick of watching Osweiler not perform up to the expectations set before him.
